Unfortunately with our policy, we can’t refund or exchange for any other wig or item unless stated otherwise.
Refunds or replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected within 30 days of your purchase, we will notify you by sending you an email that we got the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the item.
If you are being approved, then the refund or replacement will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within few days, or item will be replaced within 3 to 10 days.
late refunds or missing item ( if applicable)
if you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or where you bank with. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
